The Role: Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist role at Billhighway supports the Growth Team on new and existing accounts. Our dynamic team is looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, market segment where you will be expected to successfully balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment. We are looking for a professional with previous experience working with Financial/Accounting related applications in a customer facing role. He/she must be able to effectively communicate the value of Billhighway's solutions (both functionally and technically) to prospective customers. What you will do:

  • Understand customer goals and challenges and establish Billhighway's product as the best solution available
  • Manage pipeline of new opportunities
  • Document Client enhancement request
  • Build and present customized demonstrations
  • Participate in all product, sales, and process training to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective
  • Support Sales and Alliances in general (phone handling, mail, e-mail etc.), database entry and management, promotion via e-mailings, and coordinating requests for proposal
  • Gather any missing/additional information needed from Chapters to support configuration
  • Facilitate intro to Onboarding/Support Team
  • Responsible for helping build out a strong customer relationship management methodology using salesforce.com
  • Assist in organizing and managing sales meetings, trade shows and supports sales blitzes

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in sales, business, marketing, or a related
    field.
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years demonstrated sales experience or related work experience (cloud-based, high tech
    preferred)
