This role: A day and week in the life…
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, helping them with IT-related problems and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset management tracking.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
  • Are a Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Possess a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and ability to think logically when facing unexpected issues.
  • Possess experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office 365.
  • Are a quick learner, are open to feedback and work well in a team environment.
Eligible candidates reside in Michigan commuting distance from our Troy, Michigan office.

This is a temporary position specifically for the duration of the summer months. Employment beyond the specified end date is not guaranteed.
Compensation
$18- $20/hour USD
