$90,000-$110,000 USD Annually

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce including the configuration, user set up, custom workflows, and integrations. Ensure solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements.
- Continuously assess CRM system performance and user feedback to implement improvements. Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success.
- Design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation. Establish the best practices for data quality, integrity, and security within the CRM environment.
- Act as a CRM subject matter expert and trusted advisor. Recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize the impact of CRM investments and align with long-term business goals.
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
- Project management experience preferred. Ideally working with Mid-market accounts.
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices. (Salesforce certification preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL
- Have experience establishing and maintaining third party integrations, specifically within the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred
