This role: A day and week in the life…
  • Design, develop, and support the re:Members application suite using C#, SQL, JavaScript, while architecting and integrating AI-driven features and systems (not just consuming AI tools)
  • Build and advance agentic, spec-driven development workflows, leveraging AI coding assistants for at least 50% of development while continuously improving how AI enhances engineering practices.
  • Ensure application stability, scalability, and resiliency across environments, including monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Follow strong engineering practices using Git, Jira, and modern DevOps principles, contributing to code quality, system design, and AI architecture decisions.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
  • Worked for 5+ years building and supporting production software systems as an agentic engineer or senior software developer.
  • Have used agentic engineering and spec-driven development techniques and applied them in your daily development workflow.
  • Have strong understanding of software design, system decomposition, and ER data modeling concepts.
  • Can resolve complex issues and document root-cause analysis.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field or have equivalent work experience.

Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000 USD Annually 
This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
