This role: A day and week in the life…
- Work with clients, team members, and third-party software companies to build integrations between our software suites and theirs.
- Interpret API documentation, map data, handle exception cases, test, and remediate any errors.
- Use APIs and low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate or SE Connect.
- Document your work, including design specifications, configuration settings, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, compliant with security standards and data-protection requirements.
- Identify potential ways to improve APIs.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
- Worked for at least two years using APIs to build integrations.
- Earned a BS/BS Computer Science or related field or have equivalent work experience.
- Used SQL, iPaaS software, RESTful APIs, cloud computing platforms, ETL processes, HTTP methods, authentication mechanisms, JSON/XML.
