Design, develop, and support the re:Members application suite using agentic, spec-driven development workflows and AI coding assistants to produce at least 75% of code
Ensure application stability, scalability, and resiliency across environments, including monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
Have strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly resolve customer issues. Have proficiency to use AI to accelerate troubleshooting in a quality manner.
Follow strong engineering practices using Git, Jira, and modern DevOps principles, contributing to code quality, system design, and AI architecture decisions.
Handle occasional on call rotation

Worked for 5+ years as a software developer.
Are using agentic engineering and spec-driven development techniques and have applied them in your daily development workflow.
Can resolve complex issues and document root-cause analysis.
Have proficiency in using programming languages, such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Have strong understanding of object-oriented software techniques and ER data modeling.
Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field or have equivalent work experience.
Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.
Compensation
$120,000 - $155,000 USD Annually
This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
